Are you Suffering from Immunotoxicity?

Immunotoxicity.
Thankfully research on immunotoxicity (impact of toxins on the immune system) is picking up. Just like research on the microbiome and epigenetics, this branch too points towards large scale damage to the human system as a result of an overtly toxic atmosphere. Till very recently this study was limited to non clinical mechanical models useful for regulating toxins but now medicine is slowly conducting animal trials and the results point towards the obvious - almost all major problems today have a immunotoxic basis. Science today realizes that even low level toxic exposure can damage the immune system. The range includes immunosuppression, immunostimulation, hypersensitivity, and autoimmunity. It is also being realized that humans could be more susceptible to toxins and that animal studies will not provide the complete picture.
Signs and symptoms of primary immunodeficiency can include:
- Frequent and recurrent pneumonia, bronchitis, sinus infections, ear infections, meningitis or skin infections
- Inflammation and infection of internal organs
- Blood disorders, such as low platelet counts or anemia
- Digestive problems, such as cramping, loss of appetite, nausea and diarrhea
- Delayed growth and development
- Autoimmune disorders, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or type 1 diabetes
Compare this to what our civilization is suffering from and you will understand what I am hinting at. Remember the science is in subdued mode and this is the tip of the iceberg.
